摘  要:对两长径比AR=1和AR=1.5的SK型静态混合器进行停留时间分布(RTD)实验研究。各截面的出峰时间和峰值表明,在相同截面上,随长径比减小停留时间分布曲线峰值变大,峰域变窄;长径比越小E(θ)曲线拖尾现象越不明显,流动趋于理想流动。采用先前平均停留时间的计算公式对实验结果进行计算,模拟结果与实验结果有较好的一致性,平均误差为14%。σθ2的分析表明,AR=1的值比AR=1.5的值平均小60%,表明AR=1的RTD分布越集中,混合系统内返混少,流动趋于活塞流,与E(θ)的分析结果相一致。The experiment of residence time distribution in SK static mixer with different length-diameter ratio is done by using pulse tracer method.It can be seen that the density function curve of the residence time distribution is peak and narrow with the length-diameter ratio decreasing at the same cross section.The trailing is not significant in SK mixer of the less length'diameter ratio.The flow is close to the ideal one.The calculation results are given by using the previous formula about the mean residence time.It shows that the calculation results agree with the experiments consistently and the average errors is only 14%.The 2 analysis for tro indicates that the value for AR=1 is less 60% than that of AR=1.5,The RTD for AR=1 is more convergence ,and unapparent back flow and the flow tends to be the ideal flow.The analysis results for 2 o"o are the same as the one of E(0) curves.
