摘 要:关节轴承式叠片联轴器以其承载能力高,可靠性强,具有较高的抗冲击能力,如今已被广泛应用于各个行业中。将利用ADAMS软件对关节轴承式叠片联轴器进行动态仿真分析,模型由Pro/E建立,叠片为柔性体导入ANSYS,建立柔性体文件,再导入ADAMS中,ADAMS能够分析柔性体的动态应力变形情况,在ADAMS环境下完成对整个模型进行运动学和动力学的仿真,并导出相应的分析结果。利用仿真模型和得出的数据即可得知该联轴器的实际运转情况是否良好,大大减少了开发周期和开发成本,为此型关节轴承式叠片联轴器的进一步深入研究做铺垫。The joint flexible laminated membrane coupling has been used widely because of its higher bearing capacity,reliability,and shock resistance.Dynamic simulation of the joint flexible laminated membrane coupling was analyzed based on ADAMS.The model was established by Pro/E,and the MNF files of the flexible body were established by the laminated coupling introduced into ANSYS,then introduced into ADAMS.ADAMS can analyze the deformation conditions of dynamic stress of the flexible body.The simulation model of the kinematics was finished with the ADAMS,and the result was derived.The actual operation of couplings is obtained according to the date of the result,and the development cycle and cost are reduced greatly. The results can offer the theoretical foundation for further study of the joint bearing flexible laminated membrane coupling.
