摘 要:大型齿轮在机械行业有着广泛的应用。随着大型齿轮加工制造水平逐渐提高,同时对齿轮检测精度的要求也越来越高。传统的大型齿轮测量方法需要对齿轮进行二次或多次拆装,严重影响了齿轮加工精度,而且传统测量还存在测量精度低和测量范围小等局限性与不足,已经不能满足大型齿轮高精度制造的要求。大型齿轮在线测量方法,操作可行,且易于实现,在不影响加工的前提下保证了测量的准确性。设计了在线检测的总体方案,分析了在线测量原理和校正对中方法。该技术的应用提高了大型齿轮加工效率,保证了齿轮精度,具有一定的现实意义。Large gears are widely applied in the machinery industry.As the large gear manufacturing level has been gradually increased,requests of gears detecting precision becomes higher and higher.Large gears have the prominent characteristic af big size ,heavy weight and more teeth.Large gears often need second or multiple disassemblies with traditional measurement,which seriously affects the gear machining accuraey.A nd the traditional measuring method has some deficiencies and limitations, including the low measurement accuracy,small measurement range and so on.It hasn't satisfied the requirements of high precision manufacturing of large geac.Large gear online measurement methods are easy to practice and realize.This method does not affect the processing in the premise af ensuring the accuracy of the measure.The design scheme of on-line detection is introduced and the online measurement principle and method of correction is analyzed.The application of this technology improves the gear processing efficiency and ensures the accuracy of gear.It has certain practical significance.
