摘 要:大型加力装置因施力大而容易对小型试样及软质材料造成一定的损害。为了满足一些小型试验材料受力小且可控、成本低和使用简单方便的要求,设计了一种热机械应力施加装置。这种装置能够对小型试样施加应力,而且质量轻便、价格便宜、制造简单。主要介绍了该加力装置的总体设计思路,弹簧、螺栓等主要零部件的设计与选择。然后对加力装置进行了初步实验,结果表明试样受力大小及其弹簧的压缩量完全满足实验设计要求。该装置目前已经实际使用,并取得了良好效果。Large size forcing device is easy to cause some damage to the small and soft materials because of heavy troUable force stress on small loading.In order to loading situation, a samples,which are meet the requirements of low cost and easy to use of somz small and conthermal stress loading device has been designed.The device can impose very smart, inexpensive and simple to manufacture. The designing principle ,and the selection and designing of some important parts such as spring and bolt were introduced.Then, preliminary experiments were carried out with this loading device.The results showed that stress loadings of samples and the amount of compression of spring could entirely meet the requirements of the experiment designed.At present,the device has been put into use and has achieved good results.
