摘 要:针对传统的煤矿水源井群管理采用人工周期巡检方式而无法实时准确采集水泵参数的问题,设计了一种基于无线网络的煤矿水源井群监控系统。该系统由监控主站和测控分站组成,各测控分站可实现水源井的流量测量、水泵电动机的启停控制和电流监测,并通过无线通信系统将监测数据上传到监控主站,同时测控分站可接收监控主站的控制命令,实现水泵电动机的启动、停止操作。实际应用表明,该系统提高了煤矿水源井供水系统的可靠性及自动化水平。In view of problem that traditional management of water source wells of coal mine cannot collect parameters of pump real-timely and accurately with manual patrolling mode, a monitoring system of water source wells of coal mine based on wireless network was designed. The system is composed of monitoring master station and control substations. Each control substation can realize flow measurement of water source well and control of start and stop and current monitoring of pump motor, and can upload monitored data to monitoring master station through wireless communication system. Meanwhile, the control substation can receive control commands of monitoring master station to realize start and stop operation of pump motor. The actual application shows that the system improves reliability and automation level of water supply system of water source well of coal mine.
