摘 要:用典型的几种表面活性剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、曲拉通X-100、溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)与β-环状糊精作为介质,在pH=1的酸碱条件下,研究了β-萘酚在上述体系的荧光增敏/猝灭作用。对β-萘酚的增敏效果顺序依次为:曲拉通X-100>β-CD>CTMAB>SDS>水。上述有序介质对β-萘酚分析特性的影响是不仅线性范围变宽,灵敏度亦有所提高,为实际样品测定提供了一种有效途径。在临界胶束浓度(CMC)附近,猝灭常数由大到小排序为:CTMAB>曲拉通X-100>SDS,β-CD对亚硝酸钠的猝灭作用有较好的保护作用。β - Naphthol sensitizing/quenching fluorescence was determined with sodium dodeeyl sulfate ( SDS), Triton X - 100, cetyltri- methylammonium bromide (CFMAB)andβ- cyclodextrin as the typical surfactants at pH = 1, the sensitizing effect of β - naphthol of order media was as follows :Triton X - 100 〉 β - CD 〉 CTMAB 〉 SDS 〉 water. Analytical characteristics ofβ - naphthol became wide for linear range, and sensitivity was also improved in various order media. This method in real samples measured was provided an effec- tive way. In the near critical mieelle concentration ( CMC ), the order of quenching constant is follows : CTMAB 〉 Triton X - 100 〉 SDS, β - CD had a best protection in all surfaetants on the quenching effect of sodium nitrite.
