模拟低氧训练对大鼠红细胞流变性的影响

摘  要:目的:旨在观察2800m海拨高度的训练对大鼠血红蛋白及红细胞流变性的影响。方法:采用SD(Sprague-Dewley)大鼠40只,随机将其分为常氧常压组(LN),常氧常压训练组(LNT),低氧低压组(LH),低氧低压训练组(LHT)。LN、LNT组和LH、LHT分别置于正常海拔高度与相当于2800m的生活条件下,其训练环境同生活环境保持一致。LNT和LHT组分别在所控制的环境中,进行为期五周的训练。每周训练五天。结果:发现五周的低氧刺激或低氧训练,LH和LHT组的血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积和红细胞变形能力均显著升高(P<0.05),但LN和LNT组未发生显著变化。结论:五周的低氧刺激或低氧训练,均能提高大鼠机体内的血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积和红细胞变形能力,低氧刺激与低氧结合训练刺激所产生的效果并没有显著性差异。Aim: The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of hypoxia exposure (2800m) or hypoxia exposure(2800m) and ex- ercise training on the total hemoglobin or hematorit and the red blood cell viscosity in rats. Methods : Sea - level native SD rats ( n = 40) were randomly assigned to LN( living in normoxia) , LNT( living and training 5d · k- 1 for 5 WK in normoxia) , LH (living in hypoxia, 2800m) ,and LHT( living and training 5d · wk -1 for 5 WK in hypoxia,2800m) groups. Results : The main findings were LH and LHT of the total hemoglobin, hematorit and the blood viscosity were all markedly in creased (P 〈 0.05 ) , but LN and LNT of the total hemo- globin, hematorit and the bloodeell deformability were not observed after 5 wk hypoxia exposure or hypoxia exposure and exercise train- ing. Conclusion: 5 wk of the hypoxia exposure or hypoxia exposure and exercise training increased volume of the total hemoglobin and hematorit, and improved red blood deformability in rats as well. There were no significant differences between the result of hypoxia expo- sure and that of hypoxia exposure and exercise training.
