大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术联合溃疡缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术联合溃疡缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2007年5月至2012年2月大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱联合溃疡缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡54例69条肢体的临床资料。结果:本组45例(83.3%)58条肢体得到随访,肢体局部静脉曲张复发1例。下肢水肿1个月后消退10例,肢体溃疡术后2～9周全部愈合。结论:大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱联合溃疡缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张慢性溃疡效果好、创伤较小、治愈率高、复发率低,可作为下肢静脉曲张溃疡的常规手术方法,值得推广。Objective：To explore the effects of great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping combined with ulcer suture in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins chronic ulcer. Methods： Clinical data of 54 cases（69 limbs） with lower extremity varicose veins chronic ulcer were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results： The group of 45 patients（58 limbs） were fnllowed up, 1 ease nf recurrent varicose veins in the calf were, found. 10 cases of the foot swelling were decreased in one month. The patients with ulcers were cured in 2 - 9 weeks. Conclusion ： Great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping combined with ulcer suture for treatment of lower extremity varicose veins chronic ulcer effect is good, less invasive, high cure rate and low recur- renee rate, can be used as a conventional surgical method for treatment of lower extremity varicose veins chronic ulcer.
