摘 要:以3个栽培海岛棉品种新海30、新海24、新海16诱导而来的胚性愈伤组织为受体材料,分析了3种农杆菌菌株EHA105、LBA4404、GV3101和3种已构建质粒pCAMBIA1301、pCAMBIA1304、pBI121对已建立的农杆菌介导海岛棉外源基因转化体系的影响。研究结果表明,菌种和质粒对转化率有极其显著的影响,而两者之间的互作关系也比较显著。最终得到农杆菌介导转化海岛棉胚性愈伤组织的最佳菌种和质粒是GV3101和pBI121。This study was conducted to analyze the influence of 3 agrobacterium-mediated plants and 3 plasmids:pCAMBIA1301 ,pCAMBIA1304, pBI121 on the established exogenous gene transformation sys- tem of agrobacterium-mediated sea island cotton, by using the embryogenesis callus of Xinhai 16, Xinhai 24 and Xinhai 30 as receptor materials. The resutls indicated that agrobacterium-mediated and plasmid had significant influence on gentic transformation rate and there were significant mutual relations between the two. Eventually,the best agrobacterium-mediated and plasmid of mbryogenic callus of the sea island cotton were obtained:GV3101 and pBI121.
