调血保肾胶囊治疗小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨调血保肾胶囊为主配合西药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎的疗效。方法将门诊和住院患儿284例随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组用调血保肾胶囊为主配合西药治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,对比疗效。结果观察组156例,完全缓解96例,占61.54%,总有效141例,总有效率达90.38%;对照组128例,完全缓解63例,占49.22%,总有效102例,总有效率达79.69%。2组比较P<0.05,证实调血保肾胶囊治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的肾炎,具有较好的疗效。In this research we adopted Tiaoxuebaoshen capsule with western medicine to treat Children with allergic purpura nephritis.We observed its curative effect and comprehensively analyzed the etiology and pathology, pathogenic course ,characteristics of expression, physical factors, the characteristic of age and other factors.In order to explore the clinical treatment effect,we set ohserving group and control group. Through the clinical observation on contrast to 284 out-patients and hospital Patients, we get the resuits that of 156 cases in observing group, 96 cases completely remittent, occupied 61.54 percent.The total effective cases are 141, the total effective rate is 90.38 percent.Of 128 cases in control group,63 cases completely remittent,occupied 49.22 percent.The total effective cases are 102, the total effective rate is 79.69 percent. Comparing two groups （P 〈 0.05）, We can confirmed that the Tiaox- uebaoshen capsule has better curative effect on treating to Children with Allergicpurpura Nephritis.
