创面床准备在治疗体表慢性溃疡中的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察应用"创面床准备"方案治疗体表慢性溃疡的疗效。方法:选择98例体表慢性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各49例,治疗组按"创面床准备"方案将创面分为黑、黄、红、粉四期,对处于不同时期的创面采取不同的治疗措施,对照组创面采用常规换药治疗。结果:治疗组较对照组,黑期→黄期(3.9±1.7)dVS.(6.0±2.4)d、黄期→红期(12.5±4.9)dVS.(19.5±6.5)d、红期→粉期(11.8±6.3)dVS.(20.5±8.2)d、粉期→创面愈合(10.5±5.0)dVS.(16.5±6.9)d,各分期间演进时间明显缩短(P<0.05),自愈例数28:12,后续手术治疗效果治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:应用创面床准备方案治疗体表慢性溃疡能提高自愈率及手术修复率。Objective：To observe the effect of wound bed preparation in the treatment of chronic surface ulcer.Method：To randomize 98 chronic surface ulcer patients into a treatment group and a control group, 49 in each.The treatment group will be classified into four types accordir^g to the color of the base of wound：Black Phase, Yellow Phase, Red Phase, and Pink Phase.Take different measures of treatment at different phases while the control group will use the conventional dressing therapy.Result：Compared with the control group, the various points during the evolution time of the treatment group was significantly shortened（P〈0.05）, Black Phase → Yellow Phase（3.9± 1.6） d VS.（6.0± 2.6） d, Yellow Phase →Red Phase（12.5 ±4.8） d VS.（19.5±6.6） d, Red Phase →Pink Phase（11.8±6.2） d VS.（20.5±8.3） d, Pink Phase → Wound Healing（10.5±5.0） d VS.（16.5±6.9） d, the corresponding cure coefficient 28：12, which shows that the effect of the subsequent surgical treatment in the treatment group is better than the one in the control group.Conclusion：The application of wound bed preparation in the treatment of chronic surface ulcers can improve the cure rate and the power of the surgical repair.
