改良通道法经尿道电切治疗高危前列腺增生患者的护理

摘　　要：目的:观察和探讨前列腺增生症经尿道改良式电切术治疗的护理效果。方法:选择90例确诊为前列腺增生的患者,通过改良通道法经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,同时进行密切观察及护理。结果:88例患者治愈;2例患者出现经尿道电切综合征(TURS),经积极治疗后疗效满意,痊愈出院。结论:做好高危前列腺增生的围术期护理是保障手术成功的必要条件。Objective:To evaluate the nursing effects of patients with the prostatic hyperplasia treated by modified transurethral resection of the prostate. Method:We chose 90 cases of patients with the prostatic hyperplasia who have been treated by modified transurethral resection of the prostate and conducted close observation and careful nursing on them. Result:88 cases have been cured and transurethral resection syndrome(TURS) was only seen in 2 cases but these 2 patients was finally cured through active treatments. Conclusion:This paper comes to the conclusion that a good perioperative nursing for high-risk patients with the prostatic hyperplasia plays an essential part in a successful operation.
