低剂量多层CT在鼻咽部检查中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察不同低剂量多层CT在鼻咽部检查中的图像质量,建立合适的低剂量扫描条件,以达到临床诊断要求的同时,减少受检者接受的放射剂量。方法:前瞻性将360例鼻咽部CT平扫检查的患者随机分为三组,即常规剂量组(120kV,250mAs)、低剂量1组(120kV,100mAs)、低剂量2组(90kV,100mAs),分析此三组鼻咽部CT图像质量和患者所接受的辐射剂量。结果:鼻咽部低剂量多层CT检查的图像质量能够达到诊断要求,能够清晰显示鼻咽壁、咽隐窝、咽鼓管咽口、咽旁间隙及卵圆孔等结构。三组CT剂量加权指数分别如下:常规剂量组为38.1mGy,低剂量1组为15.2mGy,低剂量2组为7.1mGy。三组CT剂量加权指数之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量2组的CT检查图像质量既可满足临床诊断要求,又可减少受检者接受的辐射剂量。Objective：To observe the different lowdose multislice CT image quality in the examination of the nasopharynx for the establishment of appropriate lowdose scan parameters, in order to reduce radiation dose in the clinical diagnosis.Method：360 patients of nasopharynx CT examination prospectively were randomly divided into three groups, namely, the conventional dose group, lowdose group one, lowdose group two.The analysis of nasopharynx CT image quality and patient received radiation doses in the three groups.Result：Lowdose muhislice CT image quality of the nasopharynx could meet the diagnostic requirements, and were able to clearly show the wall of the nasopharynx, pharyngeal recess, the pharyngeal opening of eustachian tube, pharynx, parapharyngeal space, foramen ovale and so on.CT doseweighted index in three groups were as follows：38.1mGy for the conventional dose group, 15.2 mGy for lowdose group one, and 7.1 mGy for lowdose group two.There was significant difference among CT dose weighted index of three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lowdose CT image quality can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis while reducing the dose of radiation received by the subjects.
