摘　　要：目的:LCP锁定加压钢板治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效分析。方法:对69例高龄股骨转子间骨折,经C臂X线机透视下闭合复位,小切口锁定加压钢板内固定,观察疗效。结果:患者2周后不负重下地活动,平均11.6周负重,12.8周骨折愈合。1年后随访能独立行走62例,扶杖行走3例,借助轮椅行走1例,死亡3例。按照X线评定标准,患者满意率为90%。结论:小切口锁定加压钢板治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,创伤小,手术时间短,恢复快,疗效满意,是治疗此类骨折的有效方法。Objective ：To explore the effects of small incision locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of aged people.Method ： 69 aged patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with dose reduction and small incision locking compression plate fixation, to explore the elect. Result ： The patients started load-free and loaded rehabilitation respectively 2 and 11.6 weeks after the operation. Fractures were healed in 12.8 weeks. The follow-up 1 year later shows 62 patients can walk independently, 3 with walking sticks, 1 with wheelchairs except 3 deaths. According to X-ray criteria, satisfactory rate accounted for 90%. Conchltion：Small incision locking compression plate fixation is an effective way to treat intertrochanteric fractures of aged people with less injury, shorter operation time, rapid recovery and satisfactory effects.
