摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏远程监护仪iHolter对不明原因心悸的诊断价值。方法:207例不明原因的心悸患者均随身佩戴心脏远程监护仪iHolter,采用CM1、CM5双通道记录,嘱患者若出现心悸,可随时发送心电图。对传送至监护中心的每条心电图,医生均予以诊断并回复;若出现恶性心律失常或明显ST-T改变等心电异常,及时电话通知患者本人或其家属。用户摘机后,均将预警器进行USB回放,并出具报告。结果:207例不明原因的心悸患者中,佩戴iHolter时间最长3d,最短1d。通过手动记录发送心电图最多18条,最少1条,共1481条。发现心电异常182例,包括房性早搏、室性早搏、短阵房性心动过速和短阵室性心动过速等,均予以明确诊断;25例未见心电异常。结论:心脏远程监护仪iHolter对不明原因心悸具有较高的诊断价值。Objective：To study diagnostic value of cardiac remote monitoring apparatus, namely intensiveHolter, for palpitation with undefined reason.Method：207 cases suffered from palpitation with undefined reason were girded on cardiac remote monitoring apparatus.When the cases felt palpitant, they could use the mode Of manually recording.The doctor on duty would diagnose and revert each record of electrocardiogram transmitted to monitoring center.If malignant arrhythmia or obvious STT change appeared, the user or his family numbers would be informed immediately.After the apparatus was picked off, the electrocardiogram date storing in it would be imported into computer through Universal Serial Bus and analyzed retrospectively.Result：In 207 cases, the longest period girding on cardiac remote monitoring apparatus was 3 days, the shortest was 1 day.The maximum transmitting electrocardiogram by the mode of manually recording was 18, the minimum was 1, the sum was 1481.182 cases occurring electrocardiogram abnormity were discovered and diagnosed definitely, including atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats, brief atrial tachycardia, brief ventricular tachycardia, and so on.25 cases were normal.Conclusion：Cardiac remote monitoring apparatus had upper diagnostic value for the cases suffered from with undefined reason.
