僵蚕水提液对哮喘豚鼠引喘潜伏期及其行为学评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较僵蚕水提液对卵白蛋白(OVA)致敏豚鼠哮喘模型的抗过敏性哮喘作用。方法:采用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏哮喘模型,测定受试动物引喘潜伏期、行为学评分对卵蛋白致敏哮喘模型的影响。结果:僵蚕水提液各剂量组可不同程度延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期;降低行为学评分。结论:僵蚕水提液可能通过减轻哮喘豚鼠肺内局部炎性反应,减少炎症细胞因子的浸润,从而缓解哮喘的发作。Objective： To compare the anti-allergic asthma role of silkworm water extract against ovalbumin （OVA） sensitized guinea pig model of asthma. Methods： Using ovalbumin （OVA） sensitized asthma model, to determine the impact of the OVA sensitized asthma model against latent period of asthma and behavioral ratings of test animals. Results： Silkworm water extract can extend the varying degrees of guinea pigs with latent period of asthma, reduce behavior scores. Conclusion： The silkworm water extract may reduce the local inflammatory response of the lungs of guinea pigs, to reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cytokines, thus alleviating asthma attack.
