肺炎理疗电极贴片辅治小儿社区获得性肺炎90例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺炎理疗电极贴片治疗社区获得性肺炎的状况。方法:180例社区获得性肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和治疗组,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上,应用肺炎理疗电极贴片并通过经穴脉冲治疗仪辅助治疗。结果:观察组和治疗组治愈显效率分别为97%,87%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎理疗电极贴片经皮给药辅治小儿社区获得性肺炎效果明显,值得推行于临床。Objective： To investigate the status of treating pediatric community-acquired pneumonia with pneumonia physiotherapy electrode patch. Methods： 180 cases of community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and treatment groups, the two groups were given conventional treatment, and the observation group on this basis, the application pneumonia physiotherapy electrode patches and meridian pulse therapeutic apparatus adjuvant therapy. Results： The observation group and treatment group cure rate was 97%, 87%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pneumonia physiotherapy electrode patch transdermal medicine delivery assisted treatment of pediatric community acquired pneumonia results significantly, worth implementing in clinical.
