清热泻火利水治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎50例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药汤剂加熏洗治疗慢性非细菌前列腺炎的疗效。方法:选择慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者96例,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组46例。治疗组应用口服清热泻火利水之中药汤剂加熏洗坐浴,对照组口服氟喹诺酮或大环内酯等抗生素。结果:治疗组愈显率94.0%,对照组愈显率71.7%,两组治疗愈显率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:清热泻火利水治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效确切。Objective： To observe the effect of TCM decoction plus fumigation on treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods： Selecting 96 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, they were randomly divided into treatment group with 50 patients, 46 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with TCM decoction plus fumigation, control group was treated with fluoroquinolone or macrolide antibiotics. Results： The markedly effective rate was 94.0% in treatment group, the marked recovery rate was 71.7% in the control group, the difference of the effective rate was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The efficacy of Qingre Xiehuo Lishui is exact on treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
