摘  要:利用Western印迹法对胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-Ⅰ)及其受体(IGF-Ⅰreceptor,IGF-ⅠR)蛋白在牙鲆仔鱼发育变态阶段的表达进行分析。结果显示IGF-Ⅰ蛋白在仔鱼变态前(17 d)和变态起始阶段(21 d)免疫活性较强,而在变态期间降低;IGF-ⅠR蛋白在变态起始阶段的表达与IGF-Ⅰ类似,但在变态期间与IGF-Ⅰ相反,具有相对丰富的表达。这些结果为进一步研究IGF-Ⅰ及其受体在牙鲆变态中的生理意义奠定了基础。In this study,Western blot was used to analyze the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-Ⅰ) and its receptor(IGF-ⅠR) proteins during larval development and metamorphosis of Japanese flounder,Paralichthys olivaceus.The results showed that IGF-Ⅰ protein has a higher immunoreactivity at premetamorphosis(17 d) and the onset of metamorphosis(21 d),while lower during metamorphosis.The expression pattern of IGF-ⅠR protein at the onset of metamorphosis was similar to that of IGF-Ⅰ,and but an opposite pattern was observed throughout metamorphosis.These results provide a basis for further study on the physiological significance of the IGF-Ⅰ and its receptor in the Japanese flounder metamorphosis.
