摘 要:为实现钢铁企业煤气能量流网络的高效运行,首先总结煤气能量流网络的特性和建模需求,给出煤气能量流网络和混杂Petri网的元素对应关系和建模规则,并给出建模实例;然后基于网络行为特征提出能量密度指标,建立优化能量密度的线性规划模型,对权函数进行重新配置;最后给出某大型钢铁企业的煤气能量流网络.利用建模规则建立其混杂Petri网模型,为煤气能量流网络的动态和行为分析提供了模型基础.基于煤气能量流网络历史数据,应用优化模型实现权函数重新配置,能量密度的优化值比历史值平均改进1.59%,优化了煤气能量流网络的运行.Abstract: To realize the efficient operation of the gas energy flow network in iron and steel enterpri ses, first, the characteristics and requirement for modeling of the gas energy flow network are sum marized. The corresponding relationships and modeling rules between the gas energy flow network and hybrid Petri net are presented, and a modeling example is provided. Secondly, the network en ergy density based on the behavioral characteristics is proposed, and a linear programming model is provided to optimize energy density through reconfiguration of weight functions. Finally, the gas en ergy flow network of a large iron and steel enterprise is presented, and its hybrid Petri net model based on modeling rules is built. The model provides the basis for analyzing dynamic and behavioral properties. Based on the historical data of the gas energy flow network, reconfiguration of weight functions is achieved with the optimization model, and the average improvement of the optimal value is 1.59% compared with the historical value for the energy density. The operation of the gas energy flow network is ootimized.
