安徽省高水平体育后备人才文化教育现状的研究

摘　　要：通过查阅相关文献、发放调查问卷获得安徽省高水平体育后备人才文化教育相关数据,并进行系统分析,提出加强后备人才的心理教育与监督、加强对后备人才文化课考核的监督、加强管理层和教练员的思想工作等方案。By relevant literature and issuing a questionnaire education-related data about Anhui province elite athletes with talent culture and was obtained and systematic analysis was conducted to identify the main reasons. Solutions were put forward, which was to strengthen psychological education and supervision of the reserve talents, to strengthen cultural studies, assessment of reserve personnel supervision, and to strengthen ideological work of the management and coaches.
