摘　　要：基于价值链视角对产业集聚区的现状进行了调查,分析制造业集聚区在发展过程中存在的主要问题,并针对生态型规划、资金筹集、产业结构、企业合作等问题提出对策,旨在解决典型矛盾,助推集聚区的快速发展。Based on the present situation of manufacturing industry agglomeration in Tangshan, the key problems in the development process of manufacturing are analyzed. In order to solve the main conflict in the process and to advance the area of manufacturing industry agglomeration in Tangshan, many strategies are put forward to solve the problems such as ecological planning, fund raising, industry structure, and enterprise cooperation, etc.
