摘  要:利用济南市长清区常年风资料、2001年1月-2010年1月旧站观测风资料、2009年7月和10月以及2010年新站观测风资料,分析了新、旧测站风速差异情况。结果显示:2009年7月、10月以及2010年1月新站观测风速明显大于旧站,且夜间风速差值大于白天,日最大和日极大风速差值分别为7.5 m/s和8.8 m/s;从各时次风速差值、日最大风速差值和极大风速差值的标准差可以看出,10月份的差值标准差最大,说明10月份新、旧测站观测的风速差异大。2010年新站月平均风速的变化和旧站常年月平均值变化趋势一致,都是春季及冬季风速大,但新站观测的月平均值明显大于旧站常年值;2010年新站最大平均风力≥6级和极大风力≥8级的日数均远远多于2001-2009年旧站任何一年。t检验显示,2010年新站月平均风速与常年旧站月平均风速差值具有显著性差异。Using the perennial wind data, the observation wind data of old station from January 2001 to January 2010 and new station of July 2009, October 2009, 2010 in Ji' nan Changqing region, wind speed difference of new and old observation station is analyzed in this paper. The results show wind speed of the new station is apparently greater than that of the old station in July 2009, October 2009 and Januar y 2010. The difference of wind speed at night is greater than during the day, and that of the average daily maximum and daily extreme wind speed were 7.5 m/s and 8.8 m/s respectively. Comparing difference of wind speed at all times, daily maximum wind speed and daily extreme wind speed, the standard deviation shows that the difference is biggest in October, which denotes the wind difference of the new and old sta tion is biggest in October. Monthly average wind speed variety of the new station in 2010 shows the same tendency of greater in spring and winter as perennial monthly average wind speed of the old station. In 2010, the monthly average wind speed of the new station was obviously greater than the old station. In the same year, days of average maximum wind speed greater than 6th grade or the extreme wind speed greater than 8th grade observed in the new station were far more than that of any single year from 2001 to 2009 of the old station. The t test shows that monthly average wind speed of the new station in 2010 and perennial monthly average wind speed of the old station has a significant difference.
