摘　　要：文章在梳理边际减排成本及相关研究的基础上,构建决定经济主体边际减排成本的理论模型,分析边际减排成本与排放约束影子成本、能源价格之间的相互关系和内在决定机制,论证边际减排成本与能源价格之间存在负向关系,并基于影子成本对边际减排成本影响因素进行图解分析;然后结合理论模型和国际碳交易均衡价格进行实证检验;最后立足中国提出相关政策建议。This article analyzes the concept of marginal abatement cost and related research,constructs the marginal abatement cost decision model of economic entities,and analyzes the relationship among the marginal abatement cost,emissions constraints shadow cost and energy price.And this article analyzes the negative relationship between marginal abatement cost and energy price.Then,based on shadow cost,it analyzes the factors of marginal abatement cost by the graphic interpretation,and examines it empirically combined with theoretical model and the equilibrium price of the international carbon trading.Lastly,it puts forward some policy suggestions for China.
