摘　　要：目的探讨三级医院对口帮扶基层县医院的方法。方法三级医院成立对口支援管理机构,制定对口支援方案,通过人员派驻、进修培训、双向转诊、远程会诊、社区宣教及持续改进等,对基层县医院进行对口帮扶。结果通过帮扶,基层县级医院管理能力和业务技术水平均有不同程度的提高。结论三级医院对基层县级医院实施对口帮扶的作用与意义毋庸置疑,但为了确保长期效果,需从以下3方面继续努力:建立健全对口支援成本费用补偿机制,深入开展慢性病综合防治,建立并完善纵向合作信息系统。Objective To investigate the management method of urban tertiary hospital＇s partner assistance to county hospi- tal. Method The management agency of urban tertiary hospital ＇s partner assistance was established. Tertiary public hospital ＇S partner assistance to county hospital was provided through management and experts＇exportation, training, two -way referral, long distant consultation, community propaganda and education, and continue improvement. Result The county hospital ＇s managerial and technical capacity was improved through partner assistance on multiple aspects. Conclusion The effective assistance to coun- ty hospital can promote public hospital＇s public interest and progress of the medical reform. However, to ensure the long term effect, three aspects need to be paid attention＊, establishment of a sound cost compensation mechanism, depth carrying out the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases, and establishment and improvement of vertical cooperation system.
