摘　　要：文章分析了江苏省万顷良田建设工程的时空背景,阐述了此背景下以节地为导向的农民安置区规划设计定位为多层公寓式住宅小区的必然。在此基础上通过对比分析农村独院式居住形式与城市公寓型居住形式的不同,希望通过在空间环境、道路、特别是住宅方面的设计找寻对原有居住形式在功能、尺度上的延续,最大限度地提高村民对新住区的适应性,从而顺利实现其生活方式的转化。This paper analyzes the space-time background of fertile fields construction project in Jiangsu province,expounds the necessity of the building of multilayer apartment in farmers resettlement areas under the principle of land-saving.Based on the comparative analyses of rural residence and city apartment,the author searches for the function and scales continuance of original living pattern through the way of design at the aspects of environment,road and residence design,hopes to increase the adaptation of villagers to the new residential areas,thus help them enjoy their new lifestyle.
