摘  要:以大豆11个基因型子叶节为外植体,研究基因型对无菌苗萌发、子叶节不定芽诱导与伸长的影响。结果表明,不同基因型在无菌苗萌发率、绿子叶率、愈伤组织诱导率、不定芽长等方面均存在显著差异。综合考虑无菌苗萌发和不定芽诱导的表现,合丰35、绥农14、吉林35、吉林20是适合于大豆子叶节诱导不定芽再生体系的基因型,建议作为受体用于农杆菌介导法转化大豆子叶节的研究。Cotyledonary nodes from 11 soybean genotypes were used as the explants to investigate the effect of genotypes on the seed germination, adventitious shoot induction and elongation in soybean. Results indicated that the significant differences were observed in seed germination rate, frequency of green cotyledonary, calli induction rate and length of the adventitious shoots among the genotypes. The genotypes of Hefeng 35, Suinong 14, Jilin 35 and Jilin 20 were better candi- dates for the adventitious shoot regeneration from the soybean cotyledonary nodes and were rec- ommended as the receptors for Agrobacteriurn-mediated transformation with soybean cotyledon- ary nodes.
