摘 要:随机选取136只壳形完整的3龄池塘底播养殖毛蚶(雌性71只,雄性65只),测定其壳长、壳高、壳宽、体质量和软体部质量,分别计算相关系数以及以壳性状为自变量对质量性状作依变量的通径系数、决定系数及相关指数。结果表明:毛蚶壳性状与质量性状的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);壳长、壳高、壳宽是影响雌性与混合组体质量的主要因素,壳长、壳宽是影响雄性体质量的主要因素;影响毛蚶软体部质量的主要因素是壳长、壳高,壳宽的作用不显著;决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果有基本一致的变化趋势。多元逐步回归分析建立了壳性状对体质量、软体部质量的回归方程,为毛蚶选育提供了理论依据和理想的测度指标。Abstract: 136 3-year-old Scapharca subcrenata Lischke (71 female shellfish and 65 male shellfish) cultured in pond in Ganyu county, Lianyungang were selected for the study. Their shell length, shell height, shell width, live body weight and soft-tissue weight were measured, and the corre- lation coefficient matrix was calculated respectively. Three shell shape traits were used as inde- pendent variables, the live body weight and soft-tissue weight were used as dependent variables for path analysis, and path coefficients, determination coefficients and correlation index were cal" culated. The results show that correlation coefficients between each shell shape trait and the live body weight and soft-tissue weight are all significantly different (P%O. 01). Shell length, shell height and shell width give predominant direct effect and determinacy on the live body weight of female and mixed shellfish. Shell length and shell width give predominant direct effect and deter- minacy on the live body weight of male shellfish. The key effective factors on soft-tissue weight are shell length and shell height, and shell width gives slightly direct effect and significant indi- rect effect through shell length and shell height. It was clear from the result of high correlation index that the path coefficient analysis could reveal the relationship between the independent and the dependent variables. Multiple regression equations were obtained by regression analysis. This study provides theoretical evidence and measuring Lischke. indexes for the breeding of Scapharca subcrenata Lischke.
