摘 要:以烯丙基聚醚与七甲基三硅氧烷为原料,通过硅氢加成反应合成出聚醚改性三硅氧烷。用IR对其结构进行表征,研究了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、烯丙基聚醚与七甲基三硅氧烷的量之比[n(醚)/n(硅)]对七甲基三硅氧烷转化率的影响以及七甲基三硅氧烷转化率与产物表面张力的关系。结果表明,较佳反应条件是n(醚)/n(硅)为1.2、铂原子相对于七甲基三硅氧烷的质量分数为0.00075%、反应时间1 h、反应温度100~110℃。在此条件下合成出的聚醚改性三硅氧烷的0.1%的水溶液的表面张力为20.3 mN/m,七甲基三硅氧烷的转化率为98.1%。Polyether modified trisiloxane was synthesized by monoallyl polyether and heptamethyltrisilox- ane by hydrosilylation and the structure of the product was characterized with IR. The effects of content of cat- alyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of monoallyl polyether to heptamethyhrisiloxane on the conversion of heptamethyltrisiloxane were discussed, Relationship between the conversion of heptamethyl- trisiloxane and surface tension of product was obtained. The results indicated that at optimal reaction condi- tions of the molar ratio of monoallyl polyether to heptamethyhrisiloxane of 1.2, catalyst content of 0. 00075% at 100 - 110 °C for 1 h, the surface tension of monoallyl polyether modified trisiloxane was 20. 3 mN/m with a conversion of heptamethyltrisiloxane up to 98. 1%.
