摘 要:以A型硅胶、C型硅胶、γ-氧化铝和MCM-41分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法制成4种固载型氯化铝(AlCl3)催化剂;并以直接法合成甲基氯硅烷过程中副产的高沸物为原料,在自制的固定床反应器中进行裂解试验,评价了载体对裂解反应的影响。结果表明,这4种催化剂中,以C型硅胶固载AlCl3催化剂为佳。采用该催化剂催化高沸物的裂解反应的适宜工艺条件为:反应温度310℃,液时空速0.8 mL/(h.g-cat),此时二甲基二氯硅烷的收率为18.88%,且催化剂在48 h内具有较好的稳定性。Four kinds of immobilized catalysts were prepared by impregnation method with A1C13 as the catalyst, A-type and C-type silicone rubber as the support. High boiling residues formed as by-product during the direct process were used as the raw materials to evaluate the pyrolysis performance of different catalyst sup- ports using in a self-made fixed-bed reactor. The test results showed that A1C13 supported on coarse pore silica was the best. Optimum reaction conditions of pyrolysis were determined, in which the reaction temperature was 310 C, LHSV was 0. 8 mL/( h · g-cat). The stability of the A1C13 supported on coarse pore silica catalyst was good within 48 hours.
