花样滑冰运动员综合素质训练研究现状

摘　　要：为促进花样滑冰运动员综合素质训练水平的提高,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对近十年来国内花样滑冰运动员身体素质、心理素质及艺术表现力训练方法等综合素质训练研究的文章进行分析。结果显示:我国近十年来花样滑冰的论文数量呈上升趋势,但多为强调单方面素质训练,没有将身体素质训练、心理素质训练和艺术表现力相结合进行综合研究。通过分析提出解决问题的途径,以促进我国花样滑冰运动竞技水平的不断提高。In order to advance the development of figure skaters comprehensive quality training, with the methods of documental information and logical analysis, the paper analyzes some articles which relate to the training methods of figure skaters＂ physical quality, psychological quality and artistic performance in recent 10 years. The results show that there is a upward trend of Chinese article counts about figure skating, but more articles focus on the training of one - sided quality and there is no study of integrating physical quality, psychological quality and artistic performance. For advancing the sustainable development of Chinese figure skaters competitiveness, it suggests some approaches against above problem.
