摘　　要：目的探讨多层自膨式裸支架治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤的术中配合与护理方法。方法回顾性分析2008年3月至2011年9月在长海医院血管外科行多层自膨式裸支架治疗的主动脉夹层动脉瘤35例患者的临床资料,并对术中配合和护理方法进行总结。结果所有患者手术治疗均获成功。手术时间20～60min,平均(37±12)min,出血量30～70ml,平均(46±10)ml,使用造影剂量50～100ml,平均(72±14)ml。住院时间3～10d,平均(5±2)d。所有患者住院期间未发生穿刺点出血、脊髓缺血等并发症。结论积极全面的术中配合与护理,可促进术后机体恢复。Objective To investigate the intraoperative cooperation and nursing methods in multilayer self-expandable bare stent treatment for aortic dissection aneurysm. Methods From March 2008 to September 2011 ,the clinical data of 35 patients undergoing multilayer self-expandable bare stent treatment for aortic dissection aneurysm in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively to summarize the intraoperative cooperation and nursing methods. Results All the patients were treated successfully with multiple bare stents. The operation time,bleeding amount and contrast does were 20--60 min（mean 37± 12min）,30--70 ml （mean 46±10 min） and 50--100（mean 72±14 ml）,respectively. The length of hospital stay was 3--10 d （mean 5±2d）. There were no therapy-related complications including bleeding of puncture site and spinal cord ischemia occurred. Conclusion Positive overall intraoperative cooperation and nursing can promote the early recovery after operation.
