大学录取资格可以拍卖吗?——对不同伦理学流派赞同与反对理由的比较

摘　　要：从亚里士多德的公正理论来看,拍卖大学录取资格破坏了大学的目的,使不具备相应德行的人占据了上大学的机会,因而是错误的;社群主义可能从破坏了共同善的角度也反对拍卖;自由主义从大学的权利角度赞同拍卖。罗尔斯则认为,只要满足差异原则,拍卖就是公正的。多元集体主义从社会功利优化原则出发给出了拍卖大学录取资格的条件。From Aristotle＇s theory of justice, auctioning university admission qualification does great harm to the purpose of university; it enables the person without homologous virtue to get the chances to be admitted by the college, which is unjust. Communitarianism would oppose the auction from the perspective that it undermines the common good, while Liberalism approve the auction from the perspective of the collegiate right. Rawls believes that the auction is impartial as long as the differentiating principle can be satisfied. Based on the optimizing principle of social utility, polycollectivism presentes the condition of the auction.
