强直性脊柱炎IL-1F10-3基因与环境暴露因素交互作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)IL-1F10-3基因(rs3811058)与环境因素的交互作用。方法对110例AS患者环境因素进行调查,采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(polymerasechain reaction restriction-fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)检测技术对基因型筛查,并进行基因组测序验证,采用单纯病例研究方法对AS病人IL-1F10-3基因与吸烟、饮酒、饮食、居住噪音、睡眠质量等7个环境暴露因素进行交互作用研究。结果 110例AS病人IL-1F10-3基因与7个环境因素之间均不存在交互作用(均有P>0.05)。结论 AS病人IL-1F10-3基因rs3811058位点与评价的环境暴露因素不存在交互作用。Objective To study the interaction of environmental factors and the IL-1F10-3 gene （rs3811058） in ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods Environmental factors were investigated in 110 patients with AS, polymerase chain reaction restriction-fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） method was used to screen genotypes and to verify genome sequencing. A simple case study method was used to study the interaction of gene and 7 environmental exposure factors like smoking, alcohol consumption, diet, residential noise, quality of sleep and so on. Rusults 110 cases of patients with AS and 7 environmental factors might not exist interactions （ all P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions IL-1F10-3 gene rs3811058 locus in AS patients and environmental factors studied have no interaction in this ptudy.
