上海市普陀区老年艾滋病的流行现状与干预对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解上海市普陀区老年人群(≥50岁)艾滋病的流行特点,为制定该人群艾滋病干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集上海市普陀区2000-2011年的老年HIV/AIDS的疫情资料,对其进行统计分析。结果上海市普陀区自2000年发现首例老年HIV感染者以来,截至2011年12月31日累计报告老年HIV/AIDS共51例,≥50岁的HIV感染者占全部HIV感染者的比例从2000-2007年的平均2.9%,上升到2008年的20.7%后,至今一直维持在较高水平。该人群平均年龄(59.4±8.3)岁,最大82岁;以男性为主(86.3%);上海本市户籍占多数(88.2%);职业(指退休以前的职业)以工人为主(47.2%);婚姻状况为已婚有配偶者较多,占52.9%;文化程度为初中及以下者为主,占54.9%;传播途径以异性性传播为主,占60.8%。结论应进一步研究在社会转型期艾滋病对老年人的影响及产生的问题,采取有针对性的防控措施,降低老年人群的HIV感染率。Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases aged ≥50 years old in Putuo District of Shanghai City, in order to provide evidence for making prevention and control measures of AIDS for the elderly. Methods The reported AIDS in the elderly in Putuo District, Shanghai City from 2000 tO 2011 were collected. All data were analyzed. Results Since the first HIV case aged ≥50 years in Putuo District, Shanghai City was found in 2000, the total number of HIV antibody positive elderly people was 51 by the end of 2011. Of the reported HIV/AIDS cases, the proportion of the cases aged I〉50 years increased from 2.9% in 2000-2007 to 20.7% in 2008. The average age was （59.4±8.3） with the maximum age 82 years old. 86.3%were male patients, 88.2% lived in Shanghai, 47.2% were workers before retired, 52.9% were married, 54.9% were junior middle school or lower educated, 60.8% got HIV by heterosexual transmission. Conclusions Further study should be conducted on impacts of HIV infection among aged people in social transformation period. It is necessary to take pertinent measures to reduce infection rate of HIV among aged people.
