摘　　要：为了解决居民看病难、看病贵的问题,建立社区卫生服务中心、实行全科医生制已经成为我国卫生体制改革的重要举措。全科医学人才的培养是专业化的基层卫生人才队伍建设的关键环节,是社区卫生服务工作的一项迫切任务。将对我国全科医学人才培养的现状进行深入分析,找出存在的主要问题,结合我国自身特点和实际需求,探索一条具有中国特色的社区全科医学人才培养之路。In order to solve the difficulties in getting residents,a doctor of your problems,establish community health service center,implement all-around doctor system in our country has become an important reform of health system.General medical talents’ cultivation is a professional talents construction of primary health of the key link,community health service work is an urgent task.This paper will be to our country general medical personnel training on the current situation of the thorough analysis,find out the existing problems,in combination with their own character and actual needs,explore a community with Chinese characteristics of the general medical personnel training path.
