健商培训对妊娠期糖尿病门诊患者治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健商培训对妊娠期糖尿病门诊患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取确诊的妊娠期糖尿病门诊患者124例,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各62例。对照组给予一般性健康教育,观察组在此基础上接受妊娠期糖尿病的健商培训。结果观察组患者健商值、治疗依从性及血糖控制情况明显好于培训前,且明显好于对照组患者(P<0.01)。结论系统、有计划、有针对性的健商培训能够明显提高妊娠期糖尿病门诊患者的健商值及治疗依从性,使其能够更好地控制血糖,具有一定的临床应用价值。OBJECTIVE To probe into The influence of health quotient training on the treatment compliance of out-patients with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.METHODS 124 out-patients diagnosed as GDM were selected,and they were divided into two groups,respectively the observation group and the control group,with 62 cases in each one.The control group were given general health education,while the observation were given health quotient training on that basis.RESULTS The health quotient score,treatment compliance and blood glucose control condition of the observation group after the training were obviously better than before the training,also obviously better than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION Systemic,planned,targeted health quotient training can obviously prove the health quotient score and treatment compliance of out-patients with GDM,and make them control blood glucose much better than before,which proves to have some certain value.
