海南省婚前医学检查工作现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解海南省婚前医学检查工作(以下简称"婚检")的变化情况,分析婚前医学检查的变化趋势,提出干预措施。方法对2000—2010年海南省婚前医学检查的年报资料进行分析。结果海南省2000—2010年婚前医学检查率起伏波动较大。城市婚检率较农村高;2004年婚检率急剧下降,2010年海南省婚检率达到44.94%,与2009年的6.10%相比,增长幅度达636.7%,为2004年以来增长幅度最大的一年。2010年海南省农村婚检率为53.19%,上升幅度明显。婚检疾病检出率达7.95%,婚检检出疾病构成排前三位的分别为生殖系统疾病、内科系统疾病、指定传染病,比例分别为44.21%、19.34%和8.25%。结论人们对"婚前医学检查"的误解,婚检机构没有及时转变观念是导致婚前医学检查率下降的原因。建议广泛进行宣传,提高思想认识;改善服务手段,加强健康教育;创新工作模式,推行一站式服务;增加卫生投入,实行免费婚检。OBJECTIVE Understanding Hainan Province pre-marital medical examination changes,analysis of premarital medical examination of the trend,proposed interventions.METHODS 2000—2010 Hainan Province of premarital medical examination of the annals data analysis.RESULTS Hainan Province from 2000 to 2010 of premarital medical examination rate fluctuation fluctuation.City coverage of a rural coverage high;2004 check-up rate dropped sharply,in 2010 the Hainan province the coverage reached 44.94%,compared with 6.10% in 2009,growth range is amounted to 636.7%,since 2004,the largest increase in a year.In 2010 the Hainan Province rural coverage to 53.19%,rise significantly.Premarital check-up disease detection rate reached 7.95%,antemarital examination of detectable disease which ranked the top three respectively in reproductive system diseases,diseases,infectious diseases department of internal medicine system designated,respectively 44.21%,19.34%,8.25%.CONCLUSIONS The people of the＂medical examination before marriage＂ misunderstanding,antemarital examination institutions do not have seasonable change idea is the leading cause of pre-marital medical examination rate decline.Suggested extensive conduct propaganda,improve thought knowledge;improve the service means,strengthen health education;innovation pattern,implementation of one-stop services;increasing investment in health,free premarital medical examination.
