摘　　要：阐述了Z4系列(机座号100～450)直流电动机主极绕组、换向电极绕组和电枢绕组的焊接工艺及改进措施,通过自制焊接设备,解决了以往在焊接时存在的问题,保证了焊接接头具有良好的导电性能、力学性能、抗腐蚀性能、抗老化性能和热交变性能。This paper introduces the welding technologies and improvement measures of main pole windings, interpole windings and armature windings of ZA series DC motors （ frame sizes 100 to 450）. By using the self-manufactured welding equipments, the problems in weld- ing of the past are solved, and the good performances of electric conduction, mechanics, corro- sion resistance, aging resistance and thermal alternating are ensured.
