摘　　要：太阳电池工作时,最大功率有一定的偏离。通过对太阳电池I-V特性的分析,得到了广义的填充因子的变化情况。证明了太阳电池在最大功率附近有较好的稳定性。There are deviates to a certain degree from the maximum power of solar cell at work. The changes of the generalized fill factor of solar cell can be obtained, based on the I-V characteristics analysis. It is proved that the maximum power of solar cell is stable.
