摘　　要：本文以河南省南阳市社旗县山陕会馆的雕刻题材为例,通过对明清时期商人的经商理念、文化心理和审美情趣等的分析研究,挖掘蕴藏在会馆中的商业文化内涵。This article takes Shanshan Guild Hall at Sheqi county Nanyang city for an example and drew out the connotation of commercial culture contained in the Guild Hall by researching trade concept, cultural psychology and aesthetic taste of the merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
