摘　　要：对12例双扩张器叠加埋置术患者进行了护理,护理要点为术前对患者的心理、皮肤清洁、扩张器等做好准备,术后加强皮肤血液循环观察、切口护理,注意扩张器注水过程的观察、护理,及时处理并发症,扩张器注水期间对患者及家属进行有效的指导,保护扩张器扩张的皮肤。This paper summarizes perioperative nursing experience of 12 patients with overlapped placed double skin expansions. The key points in preoperative care were sufficient preoperative preparation of the skin expansions,psychological nursing and cleaning of the skin. Postoperative care focused on intensive observation of skin blood circulation and process of expansion,as well as incision care,control of the signs of postoperative complications and instructions of skin protection during the time of expansion.
