摘　　要：探讨护理干预对精神病患者跌倒的影响。对283例精神病患者进行跌倒评估,通过标识高危人群,提高患者对预防跌倒的认知水平;同时加强重点环节质量控制,改善住院环境,给予运动指导训练等护理干预,有效预防和减少了精神病患者跌倒。This paper introduces the methods and effect of nursing interventions on accidental falls in patients with mental disorders. The high risk patients were detected by fall risk assessment among 283 patients with mental disorders. Nursing interventions were implemented such as health education to enhance the patients＇ awareness of fall prevention,strengthening the quality of control of key links ,improving hospital environment and exercise guidance. These measures effectively reduced the incidence of accidental falls among patients with mental disorders.
