摘　　要：目的持续监测和提高护理人员的扫描依从性。方法通过对病区护士扫描依从性的持续监测,对护士进行访谈,了解扫描依从性低的关键原因,采取相应的改进措施。比较采取措施前后扫描依从性的差异。结果护士扫描依从性从实施改进措施后第1个月的58.81%逐渐上升,在第5个月到达95.30%,并保持在85%以上,差异有统计学意义(F=11.75,P<0.01)。结论医院在运用条形码给药系统的过程中,应不断改善系统的功能,持续监测技术的有效性和依从性,从而达到保证患者安全的目的。Objectives To continuous monitor and improve nurses＇ scanning compliance in implementing bar code medication administration system（BCMA）. Methods The scanning compliance was measured per month. Moreover,the nurses were interviewed to identify the key factors leading to low scanning compliance and corresponding strategies were implemented. Nurses＇ scanning compliance was compared before and after the implementation of improvement strategies. Results The nurses＇ scanning compliance increased significantly from 58.81 percent at the first month of implementing BCMA to 95.30 percent at the fifth month（F=ll.75,P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is suggested to continuously improve the functions of BCMA,constanfly monitor the effectiveness and compliance and ensure patient safety.
