中文版老年住院患者跌倒风险评估量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的对HendrichⅡ跌倒风险评估量表进行翻译,并对翻译后的中文版量表做信、效度分析。方法方便抽取天津市2所三级甲等医院的225例老年住院患者进行调查研究,运用SPSS 17.0和AMOS17.0对问卷进行信、效度检验。结果中文版HendrichⅡ跌倒风险评估量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.663,各条目与量表总分的相关系数值为0.163～0.839(P<0.05或P<0.01)。探索性因素分析提取的3个公因子累积方差贡献率为57.594%;验证性因素分析的各项拟合指数为卡方自由度比(χ2/df)=1.333、适配度指数(GFI)=0.980、调整后适配度指数(AGFI)=0.948、残差均方和平方根(RMR)=0.029、渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.039、基准化适配度指数(NFI)=0.908、比较适配度指数(CFI)=0.973,均在可接受范围内,适配良好。结论中文版HendrichⅡ跌倒风险评估量表信、效度良好,可用于老年住院患者跌倒风险的评估,为护理管理者实现护理安全管理提供有力支持。Objective To translate the English version of Hendrich I1 Fall Risk Assessment ModeI（HFRM） into Chinese, and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of HFRM. Methods Totally 225 elderly inpatients were recruited from two tertiary first-class hospitals in Tianjin and were investigated by the Chinese version of HFRM. SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 software were used to test the reliability and validity. Results The correlations between the items and total scale ranged from 0.163 to 0.839（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and they could explain 57.594 percent of the total variance. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a good model fit,and the fit indices were x2/df= 1.333, GFI=0.980,AGFI=0.948, RMR=0.029,RMSEA=0.039, NFI=0.908, CFI=0.973. Conclusions The Chinese version of HFRM is proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used to assess the fall risk of Chinese elderly inpatients and provide basis for safety management.
