对山西省青少年网球教练员的现状调查分析及对策

摘　　要：对少年网球运动员来说,启蒙教练对其正确指导,培训以及教练的优良作风和应具备的专业素质是至关重要的。本文针对山西省网球发展现状用实地调查法、文献资料法,专家访谈法等对山西省青少年网球教练员素质进行分析与评价,结果表明山西省青少年网球教练员队伍比较合理。为进一步优化教练员队伍提高我省网球教练员队伍的整体水平,应加强教练员的知识和能力的培训,促进山西省网球运动的普及和发展。For young tennis players, the correct direction and training of enlightenment coach, and coach＇ s good style and the professional quality is the most important. This paper studies the present situation of tennis develop-ment in Shanxi province using the methods of field survey method, literature review, and expert interview. The re-suits showed that young tennis coach team in Shanxi province are reasonable. In order to further optimize the coach team in Shanxi province and improve the whole level of tennis coach team, we should strengthen the know - ledge and ability training of coaches, and promote the degree of popularization and development of Shanxi tennis.
