摘  要:为研究水泥固化土强度特性,对水泥固化土进行室内不固结不排水三轴试验。结果表明,达到一定应变条件下,随着围压的增加水泥固化土应力不断增加。说明随着围压的增加,水泥固化土的强度不断增强,水泥对土体具有很好的加固作用。从不同水泥固化剂掺量应力应变关系曲线可知,水泥固化剂掺量对应力应变关系的影响从大到小顺序为5%、8%、12%、2%。随着水泥固化剂掺量的增加,破坏应力与应变成"波浪型",在水泥掺量5%处出现一峰值点。水泥固化剂掺量对固化土抗剪强度的影响,随着水泥掺量的增加黏聚力增加,但在水泥掺量5%~8%出现平稳过渡段,然后继续增加,而内摩擦角却几乎保持不变,说明水泥可以很好地改善土体强度,水泥固化土抗剪强度的重要指标是黏聚力。因此,采用水泥来加固土体,可以大大改善土体的力学性能,选取水泥掺量5%作为最佳配比,最经济合理。In order to investigate the strength characteristics of cement solidilicatlon sort, uncoiled, drained laboratory triaxial test is carried out. The results indicate that when the strain reaches a critical value, the stress of the cement solidification soil increases with the confining pressure increasing. Accord- ing to the stress-strain curve from cement hardener, it is known that the dosage of cement hardener has great influence to the stress-strain curve, the value from big to small is 5 ~, 8 ~, 12 ~, 2 %. It indicates that the strength of the cement solidification soil increases with the confining pressure increasing, and the ce- ment can enhance the strength of soil body. With the increasing of the cement volume, the failure stress and strain presents parabola type variation, and reaches a peak point when the cement volume is 5~. The cohesion of the solidifieation soil increases with the volume of the cement firming agent increasing, but it appears smooth transition section when the cement volume is between 5 ~/6 and 8%, and then goes on in- creasing; the internal friction angle nearly keeps invariant, so the cohesion is an important indicator that influence the shear strength of the cement solidification soil. So, reinforcing soil body with cement can greatly improve the mechanical property; especially taking the cement volume to 5% is the most economi- cal and reasonable method.
