硬膜外麻醉下悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床分析(附52例报告)

摘　　要：目的:总结悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床经验。方法:回顾分析在硬膜外麻醉下为52例患者行悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果:52例均成功完成腹腔镜手术,手术时间30～65 min,平均42 min;无一例发生切口感染,平均住院4 d。结论:悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有患者创伤小、康复快、美容效果好等优点,操作简单,易推广。Objective：To discuss clinical experience of suspensory gasless single port laparoscopic appendectomy（LA）.Methods：The clinical data of 52 patients underwent suspensory gasless single port（LA） with epidural anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All operations were performed successfully.The operative time was 30-65 min,the average operative time was 42min,no incision infection occurred,the average hospital stay was 4 d.Conclusions：Suspensory gasless single port LA provide patients with a quick recovery,little trauma and better cosmetic result.This surgery seems to be a simple approach and should be easily spread.
