摘  要:目的探讨CO2激光应用于兔肾部分切除术的可行性与安全性。方法开放手术条件下,应用CO2激光施行兔肾部分切除术,观察术中及术后情况,记录肾切除时间及出血量,对切除术后的肾脏截面进行组织学检查,监测并比较术前、术后1天及1周的尿素、肌酐值。结果应用CO2激光可以在5~9 min顺利实现对兔肾实质的部分切除,术中平均出血量为(10±3)ml,术后无明显并发症发生。术后1天及1周的尿素、肌酐值与术前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。光镜下观察显示激光照射对周围肾脏组织损伤小。结论应用CO2激光进行肾部分切除术安全、有效。Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of the partial nephrectomy of rabbit by CO2 laser. Methods With limits surgical procedures, partial nephrectomy was done on rabbits by CO: laser. The intraoperative and postoperative duration time for the nephrectomy and the cadaverine quantity of bleeding were recorded and the pathological examination on cross-section of kidney tissue was done. The urea nitrogen and creatinine before and after 1 day and after a week of the operation were detected and compared. Results The operation could be finished in 5-9 minutes by CO2 laser and the average blood volume was (10± 3 ) ml with no significant postoperative complications. Comparison showed no statistical significance in the urea nitrogen and creatinine after 1 day and after a week of the operation. There was little lesion for circumambient kidney tissues under light microscope. Conclusion Partial nephrectomy is safe and effective by CO2 laser.
