摘　　要：结合所在医院野战外科研究所奉命组建国家级医疗救援队(以下简称救援队)的实践,笔者阐述了救援队的建设目标和基本特点,重点探讨了救援队战斗力生成的主要做法:①理顺流程凸显整体性;②设计模块确保灵活性;③实战训练提高精确性;④科技转化夯实优质性;⑤信息管理实现高效性。同时提出了亟待完善的有关救援队配套机制等问题。National medical rescue team was established by Institute of Surgical Research of Third Military Medical University. In this article, it introduced the goal and characteristics of rescue team, and discussed the points of building national medical rescue team in combatant value including ①entirety of procedure ; ②flexibility of modle design ; ③exactness of battle effectiveness training ;④high-quality of transforming science and technology into battle effectiveness ; ⑤high efficiency of information management. Problems needed to be resolved on the supporting mechanism of rescue team were brought forward.
